Our Director

Debbie Pearce has been an employee of TLC Learning Center since 2001. Before becoming director in July 2010, Miss Debbie was the teacher in the Challenger classroom. Debbie has been working in the child care field for 25 years and is also actively involved in the Girl Scouts Organization. She has been an exciting and important part of many children's lives over the years at TLC LC, and we are so happy that she can continue her work here as the overseer of our learning center family.

Meet Our Fantastic Staff
Our Director Debbie Pearce has been an employee of TLC Learning Center since 2001. Before becoming director in July 2010, Miss Debbie was the teacher in the Challenger classroom. Debbie has been working in the child care field for 25 years and is also actively involved in the Girl Scouts Organization. She has been an exciting and important part of many children's lives over the years at TLC LC, and we are so happy that she can continue her work here as the overseer of our learning center family. Our Staff While overseeing our four classrooms: Challengers (3 1/2 to 5 years) ;Cruisers (2 to 3 years) ;Waddlers (1 to 2 years ); and Infants (6 weeks to 1 year), our dedicated staff bring a wealth of early childcare experience to the center with either advanced degrees in early childcare or certification in Early Childhood Education (CDA) or are training for a CDA. All staff are CPR First Aid Trained and carry a city of Coeur d’Alene childcare license.
