A Kid's Club Lesson - God's Love is Unmeasurable
Last night, Kids’ Club practiced their measuring skills. The children measured wheelchair wheels, ping pong paddles, and pews, using bananas (standardized and calibrated, of course). Did you know that a pew is 19 bananas long? The youngest team of Jessica and Keaton had the most accurate pew measurement. Way to go!

The final question of the measurement project asked the children to measure God’s love. Their answers were accurate and insightful: “1000000000000000 bananas,” “infanant bananas,” “oo,” “onivizebel,” “can’t be possible,” and “evry were.”

The kids shared that God’s love was like measuring the number of people in the world. You could count them, but it would never end because babies are born every day. God’s love continues on and on. We decided that God’s love was too big for us to measure, just like the universe, the distance to heaven, and a parent’s love for a child. But, we could give thanks to God for his love and all he gives us.

So we did.
